Air-suspended High-Speed Electrostatic Rotary Cup Spray Gun

The air-suspension electrostatic rotary cup spray gun is a high-end coating equipment that integrates air-suspension drive, centrifugal atomization, and electrostatic adsorption technologies.  It uses an air film to achieve contactless rotation of the spray cup, and a strong electric field force to facilitate efficient paint adhesion. By eliminating traditional bearing designs, it is suitable for demanding coating applications such as those in the automotive and high-end furniture industries, representing a new generation of spraying solutions that combine quality, environmental protection, and efficiency.

  Product Features

1. Contactless Suspension Drive, Long-lasting and Durable

Utilizing air film suspension and magnetic force cancellation technology, the rotating mechanism operates without mechanical friction, theoretically resulting in zero wear and tear. This ensures strong long-term stability, significantly extends the maintenance cycle, and reduces subsequent operating costs.

2. Ultra-fine Atomization Process, Excellent Coating Texture

Under the combined action of high-speed centrifugal force and electrostatic repulsion, the paint is atomized into uniform and fine particles.  Combined with a gentle shaping airflow, a complete conical spray pattern is formed, avoiding edge dispersion and backflow. This results in high coating flatness and strong adhesion.

3. Enhanced Electrostatic Adsorption, High Paint Utilization Rate

After the paint particles are negatively charged, they are quickly adsorbed onto the grounded workpiece. The coating efficiency can reach over 90%, saving 30%-60% of paint compared to traditional spray guns, reducing overspray waste and environmental pollution, thus offering both economic and environmental benefits.
